The San Marzano Tomatoes D.O.P.
of Agro Nocerino Sarnese

The San Marzano Tomato is a story we continue to write every day
The San Marzano tomato, with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), is cultivated exclusively in Campania in the Agro Sarnese-Nocerino area. It is the pride of the company, which has been canning this prized tomato since 1983. A symbol of Neapolitan cuisine, it has an elongated and cylindrical shape, with a slight tendency towards a pyramidal form. A distinctive characteristic is the small central dimple that marks its apex. To the touch, it is soft but with a compact and well-structured pulp. The skin, extremely thin and delicate, contributes to enhancing its refinement.
